Gatlinburg, TN is right beside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which happens to be the most visited National Park in the United States. The Smokey Mountain National Park is 800 square miles of protected forestry along the borders of North Carolina and Tennessee. Since Gatlinburg is so close it has become one of the most visited areas as well. It’s a great place to lodge while enjoying the great outdoors in the area.
